A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the final price listed on Proposal is due on the expiration date shown on attached Proposal in order to hold your event date.

Final payment of the remaining 50% is due at the beginning of the event payable by cash, credit card/ Amex , or check (made payable to Painted Phoenix Events). Additional items may be purchased during the event, as agreed upon by both parties. Payment for these items will be due at the time of purchase. All late payments will be charged a 6% per day late charge. All bounced checks will be subject to a $35 check fee and payment must be made in another form.


Cancellation Policy:

The performance may be rescheduled without penalty only if mutually agreed upon by an authorized representative of Painted Phoenix Events and Client in writing. In the event of a cancellation, twenty-four (24) hours notice is required. The client agrees to pay the FULL FEE if less than twenty-four (24) hours notice is given.
